Purified water
Ultra Pure Water is employed at various points in your production process. Whatever the application, water has to meet various quality standards.
After pre-treatment the incoming water is processed into purified water, or to the highest quality needed for injectibles: water for injection.
In the design, we use our year-long experience in ‘self building’, so that the realisation takes place without a hitch.
Clean Steam
Clean steam is essential in a pharmaceutical production line:
as a utility for the sterilisation of water circuits and reactors for the feeding of autoclaves
The correct choice of components is crucial to guarantee quality and cleanliness of the steam supply at the points of use.

Water for injection
The highest water quality for the production of injectibles is “Water For Injection”, used inter alia as a raw material for the preparation of injectible medicines for human and animal use.
Water For Injection is prepared by means of :
RO (Reverse Osmosis)
Destillation (Single / Multi-effect / Vapour Compression)
We have the necessary know-how to design, build and validate the installation and related distribution circuits, taking into account of the quality of the basic water/ pre-treatment and the quality requirements at the source.
We also have the mechanical, electrical and the software elements (instrumentation and control) and for this has the qualified people in-house so that everything flows seamlessly and the commissioning and qualification/ validation process can proceed smoothly.
Decontamination
International regulations regarding ‘biological’ cleanliness of discharge water are becoming ever stricter.
The neutralisation of waste water which are possibly contaminated with infectious bacteria and viruses during the pharmaceutical, biotechnology production process, is of vital importance for man, animal and environment.

Existing decontamination systems are based on thermal, chemical and ultraviolet treatment.
