The concept
A contract with total guarantee contains all maintenance activities at a pre-fixed price. The maintenance budget is known, unpleasant surprises are excluded. Everything that is needed to guarantee an optimal availibility of the technical installations is included in this kind of agreement.
Our approach
For each maintenance contract an inventory of all components of the installations is made. During this inventory different aspects such as age, executed maintenance, accessibility and criticalness are written down.
These aspects together with the comfort demands stipulate the preventive- and the corrective maintenance that has to be executed. To do this the fastest way possible, Cegelec disposes of an extended database to determine the maintenance times, frequencies and maintenance tasks per installation component. This database is the result of years of experience in the domain of maintenance of technical installations.
The agreement also includes all interventions around the clock and possible replacement of irrepairable installation components.
Using automatically generated work orders and weekplannings for our technical teams are drawn up.
Reporting of executed jobs is done by technicians in an on site log and in our central computer system.
