Our approach
For each and every maintenance contract an inventory of all installation components is made. During this inventory, different aspects such as age, executed maintenance, accessibility and criticalness are written down.
These aspects together with comfort demands determine the preventive maintenance which has to be executed. To do this in a swift and fast manner, Cegelec disposes of an extended database to determine the maintenance times, frequencies and maintenance tasks per installation component. This database is the fruit of years of experience in the domain of maintenance of technical installations.
Using automatically generated work orders week plannings for our technical teams are made up.
Reporting of executed works is done by technicians in an on site log and in our central computer system.
