This concept is developed in order to finance the high cost price of new HVAC installations.
Our approach
At the end of the life cycle of existing installations, Cegelec performs an audit. During this engineering process all needs and wishes of the client are determined.
Based on this, Cegelec designs, builds and finances new installations for the client. The technical maintenance and managemant is also executed by our people for the duration of the contract.
The monthly fee paid by the client is fixed at the beginning of the contract and covers every cost.
