A maintenance plan: Together with the client, we draw up a planning for the preventive maintenance of the installations concerned.
 
Total guarantee: contract with 24h assistance seven days a week, covering all services (preventive and corrective maintenance, interventions and repairs 
 
Result-based agreements: via a Service Level Agreement, Cegelec guarantees the achievement of well-defined objectives.

Energy management: Cegelec executes energy audits at the client site and defines concrete solutions for the optimisation of the technical installations' energy consumption.  An average 15% can be saved on energy consumption.

Design Build Finance Maintain: Cegelec takes responsibility for the total life cycle cost of the exploitation of the installation.
