The Business Unit Building Projects - Medium Projects has a turnover of 33 million € and employs 300 people in Wallonia and Flanders.

It operates from 3 locations in Belgium: Gosselies, Waregem and Zwijndrecht.
 
This unit has been created in January 2008 to execute efficiently small and medium-size projects, which require a specific approach in terms of project follow-up.

To this end we set up small teams enjoying the flexibility required to meet the client's expectations.

HVAC, data and electrical installations in industrial buildings, hospitals, distribution centers, offices, laboratories, data centers and other buildings with specific HVAC requirements can be taken care of on a stand-alone contract basis or as part of a TTS (Total Technical Solutions) approach.
