Building Major Projects specialises in large projects, operating from two locations in Belgium: Gosselies and Zwijndrecht.

From way back we are specialised in HVAC, data and electrical installations for industrial buildings, hospitals, distribution centers, offices, laboratories, data centers and other buildings with specific HVAC requirements.

Services can be offered on a project basis or as part of a TTS (Total Technical Solutions) contract.

Highly-skilled, multidisciplinary employees are driven by a spirit of innovation and creativity, constantly focused on cost efficiency and quality.

In accordance with the Cegelec strategy we always appoint one single project manager for the total execution of the project, supported by a team of technical experts.
