Talent Management

In order to enable them to evolve, Cegelec invests in the career management of its employees, to ensure them a continuous enrichment in their skills and to maintain performances at the highest possible level. To identify and evaluate these talents, Human Resources develop and use appropriate management tools for all the Units. Mobility is one of the tools enhancing our staff developement.
 
Training and development
Trainings are given either by our own colleagues or in partnership with specialized external centres.
