Brussels, 19 November 2008.
Cegelec Belgium acquired Eurotole, a company with some 80 employees specialising in mechanical maintenance and based in the south-western part of the country.
With their knowledge and skill in steel construction, sheet metal production, sheet metal working and mechanical piping, not to mention industrial maintenance, Eurotole records an annual turnover of the order of €13 million and provides services to the major Belgian companies in the fields of chemical, petrochemical, cement, quarrying, malting and welding industries.
This acquisition follows Cegelec’s strategy of strengthening its multi-technical skills in order to provide its clients with ever more extensive comprehensive service offers. After the acquisitions of Ensysta in September 2006 and Flexelec in July 2007, this new step in Cegelec Belgium's external growth today reaffirms its position on the engineering and technological services market.
